The SCALESA EFFECT is the act of being naturally magnanimous. Meatloaf's laid back, yet pronounced presence is a force to be reckoned with. When he is in the building....you know he is there without him uttering one syllable out those much sought-after lips.

Yes he is the CEO and Chief Financial Officer of a growing empire, but he also has a humble side as well. His charitable endeavors in his beloved BedStuy, Brooklyn, are near and dear to his heart. As a father himself, he has a school supply drive annually entitled OPERATION BACKPACK. The children in the neighborhood will stop Mr. Scalesa and ask him when can they come pick up their new book bags full of notebooks, pens, pencils and rulers. What an amazing and encouraging feeling to know you play a part in aiding the youth's education.

The less fortunate also fall under Meatloaf's charitable umbrella. He has charter buses to deploy the homeless to a rented hall, where his wife and mother have prepared meals for the homeless.

Never forgetting his roots and a love for people are just one of the many traits that makes this man, "dope in real life".
